Job Title : Business Analyst

Assignment duration: 6 months (Contract to hire) – Extension based on Performance

Experience: Required minimum 8 - 10 years of experience of Business Analyst, Agile Methodologies, Core Banking,

Qualifications and Experience Required

• To ensure successful delivery by being a team member of the software project team. The responsibilities include activities described in the software project lifecycle. This would entail areas such as  1. Lending & Deposits and 2. Payments

•  Excellent Domain Knowledge in one or more of the following Core Banking areas

• Excellent Analytical skills and experience in Business/Functional Data modelling/analysis’ on Core Banking products

•  Up to 10-14 years of relevant BA experience

• Requirement clarification and analysis: Clarify and analyse the business requirements and transform into IT requirements/User stories.

•  Design: Create the Solution proposal

•  Reviews: Conduct review of solution/test plan and test results

•  Testing: Support QA team to review test plan, test cases and defect analysis.

•  Communication: The resource must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•  Self Sufficiency/Initiative: Demonstrate self-sufficiency on the role, combined with an initiative to resolve errors and provide solutions that attack the root cause of the problem. Hands on experience with Agile projects
