Finance Change-Business Analyst 3

Exposure to work as Business Analyst for CFO- Change Pune COO Team where the candidate will assist the PMO activities for the 2022 GF Portfolio of projects/programs.

Skills Required (Mandatory):
• University degree in relevant subject
• At least 5 years of portfolio management experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry and/or a change organization with a proven understanding of CFO data requirements
• Self-motivated with the proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

• You should have a knowledge of project management. Already been involved in either a project manager role or portfolio manager role.
• Forecasting and cost management strong knowledge
• Highly analytical, detail and accuracy oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders across multiple international locations
• Proven ability to manage work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English is required

Roles and Responsibilities
You will support the Switzerland Finance Change COO Manager in the management of the day-to-day and cyclic forecasting, reporting and analysis processes.
You will also assist the PMO activities for the 2022 GF Portfolio of projects/programs.
• Assist in management and reporting at regional level. This will include preparation of the monthly head count forecasting and budget preparation
• Forecasting and cost management, including monthly accrual processing. Maintain up to date our management tools
• Looking after invoicing and payment collection from client. Resolving issues in billing as per client
• Resourcing and seat management; annual BCM planning
• Documentation of practices and processes
• Maintain the OE Code hierarchy and structure and implement the change control process
• Maintain the local distribution lists
• Assist in managing and preparing ad-hoc MI, analysis and reports, both in Excel and PowerPoint, for senior management
• Maintain the department’s Intranet site/SharePoint, ensuring all information is kept up-to-date and informative
• Assist in producing internal communication updates
• Support the Finance Change COO Manager on employee engagement related matters, including governance and survey development and execution
• Looking after all PMO activities, monitor regular updates on the projects. Ensure data quality in OnePPM.
• Oversight timesheet processes
