Job Summary

Business Analyst 3 (Non-IT)


Exposure to work for the Wealth Management Platform function as they looking to expand the India team.

What will you get to learn?
Exposure for the candidate to support the risk and control function by supporting the data science projects.

Skills Required (Mandatory):
1. University degree or equivalent education
2. Fast learner with at least 3 – 6 years of experience in a risk/control or related function in the Financial Industry, preferably Private Banking
3. Confident personality with experience in handling business and operational risk issues and control matters
4. Proficient in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (both written and oral)
5. Team player and a positive can-do attitude
6. Attention to details for producing accurate and precise reporting of control results
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to excel under pressure for meeting any tight deadlines
8. Good organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks

Roles and Responsibilities
• Performing Data analysis, cleansing and enrichment, linkages of GL data with Service relationships and build robust MI.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams on various inputs and mapping required to build the report.
• Gathering and documentation of system, business/functional requirements, and processes.
• Design, syndication, and implementation of the guidance document.
• Collaboration with IT and business partners and work closely on development of reporting framework in CS reporting portal.
• Design training and support documentation.
• Socialize the MI built on CS reporting portal with wider group within the bank, seek feedback and work towards improvements.
