Exposure to work for the CRCO Change Division in Pune.

Skills Required (Mandatory):
Educated to degree Level
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a change management role within an Investment Bank, preferably within a Risk or Front Office environment
• Professional BA qualification desired
• FRM or any equivalent certification is added advantage
• Good knowledge of financial products, attributes, and valuations across a broad range of asset classes
• Ability to be able to produce Business Requirement specifications that can be understood by Business and Technical users
• Use of SQL / Python (is desired) to query databases
• Show ability to facilitate collaboration with colleagues from multiple teams and disciplines.
• Show understanding of good project planning practices
• Driver of organizational change & transformation.
• Structured, methodical thinker
• Confident assertive and effective communicator
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to push the decision-making process to reach the desired outcome
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adaptive style to ensure the project deliveries are successful
• Experience of working with Agile Development Teams would be beneficial
• UML / BPMN process modelling experience is a benefit
• Knowledge of Trade Lifecyle and how banks mitigate exposures with collateral and Liquidity Risk calculations is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be part of the DQAM capital and Credit team under the CRCO Change Division which validates credit risk exposure variances for daily, Weekly and monthly and adjusts exposure for regulatory RWA computation and Capital, Leverage & ICAAP reporting to PRA, FINMA and Fed.

Scenario Exposure Analysis (SEA)function involves analyzing counterparty Credit Scenario exposure moves monthly, providing commentary on valid moves & adjusting any incorrect strategically calculated exposure for submission to Financial Accounting (FA) group for both FINMA & PRA B3 reporting & for Credit Scenarios limit monitoring. Apart from this, the analysis on Scenarios RWA is used to determine the Credit Suisse’s capital requirements in stress situations. This function also involves the testing & sign offs on critical exposure methodology change projects (like CCAR).
