Job Summary

Data Analyst:
Data Analyst is responsible for assisting in the data collection, analysis, documentation, and communication of performance measures in cooperation with other departments and functions that support Consumer Customer care Contact Center Operations. The Data Analyst operates with broad latitude and independent judgment under general guidance from the Manager.

• Master (MBA, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS or related field preferred) with 3+years of experience in business data analysis/reporting
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis role involving responsibility of querying/extracting/collating and generating reports
• Very strong analysis skills - ability to start from unclear problem, identify and access relevant data sources, breakdown or combine data to make detailed analysis and generate reports
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel/Presentation and exposure to reporting/visualization tools like Tableau, Microsoft BI Platform
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment with tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Learn, understand the existing data and products and know how, when and which data sources to use
• Re-configures existing reports. Gathers requirements from Stakeholders. Funnels ad-hoc requests from Stakeholders
• Understand various business lines, goals and problems and come up with reports, trends and insights to identify possible opportunities/threats
• Publish regular reports, trends and dashboard for business/product metrics and KPIs
• Deep dive and analyze data, surface problems, and propose solutions in partnership with stakeholder.
• Structure business problems into data and analytics plan and execute
• Generate effective and creative visualization for complex concepts utilizing “big data”
• Constantly keeping abreast of developments in the process and supporting the business with category insight
